Exercice 3 — Expression : Comparing Two Cities (10 points)

Compare your town/city with Paris or London. Write 8-10 sentences. Use comparatives (more... than, -er than, less... than) and superlatives (the most..., the -est). You can compare: size, population, monuments, weather, food, public transport, shops. Example: "My town is smaller than Paris. Paris is more crowded than my town. The Eiffel Tower is the most famous monument in Paris. In my town, the park is the most beautiful place."

Exercice 3 — Expression : Comparing Two Cities : 10 points

Correction indicative : L'élève doit utiliser correctement les structures du comparatif (adj+er / more+adj / less+adj + than) et du superlatif (the adj+est / the most+adj / the least+adj). Les comparaisons doivent être logiques. Exemple de production correcte : "My city, Lyon, is smaller than London. London is much bigger. The weather in London is rainier than in Lyon. But London has more famous museums. The London Eye is more modern than any monument in Lyon. However, I think the food in Lyon is better! The traffic in London is the worst I've ever seen."
